We want to set a new standard for honesty within the independent education sector and pull back the curtain on pupil recruitment practices.

We do this because we believe that the child should be front and centre of any decision.  We will not be driven by fee commission from schools for our own benefit.

On transparency

We will only employ those who are fully qualified and will be utterly transparent about their employment history and background. 

We will stand by every claim we make about excellence and will be open to challenge and debate if a client feels we fall short.

Our leadership team will personally interview and approve every employee.  This will never be delegated to Human Resources. 

On joy



No matter how long we work with a client, from 30 minutes to multi-year relationships, we wish to give your child the best possible chance of a joyful education experience. 

If we make mistakes in our service, we will apologise with integrity.
