This is when you can access everything at Executive level, but with the addition of services only available as a Black level consumer.
Executive gives you:
- Initial family meeting
- Engagement with your child's current school for the most accurate profiling we can give - we will communicate directly with their school to make sure we are giving the most accurate advice
- Family profiling questionnaire
- Current school assessments and report card analysis
- Second family meeting with face to face feedback on recommendations
- Advised next steps
- Final follow-up Q and A session once you have completed your open days and tours

As with Executive, your consultant will personally accompany your family to up to three school tours or Open Days with same day face-to-face feedback. If you are overseas - they will attend them for you.
Personalised support with registration processes. They will work with you on calendar co-ordination so that there can be a seamless experience.

Again, as with Executive, you'll receive our expert analysis of the school financial accounts from Companies' House and our in-house Senior Leadership Team "health check" report. You won't need the follow up phone support at 10 hours - because Black level goes so much further. One year further, to be precise...
Black level experience
We'll directly support you with scholarship, bursary or discretionary award applications. If you need assistance navigating Learning Support and Educational Health Care Plans, we have a Special Educational Needs Coordinator at Chattan Harbour who can assist with this as a bolt-on service.
Black level exclusivity
You will receive video or phone support for your child's first year at their new school to help you to handle any worries, problems or issues that may arise - you can even request help at one parents' evening a year if you like. You'll have someone with Headship experience as your consultant because you want the greatest peace of mind that your child will get the best possible start and ongoing support.
